At BridalMuse Store, we want your wedding party shopping experience to be as seamless as our convertible dresses. While we take every care to ensure our bridal robes, groomsmen accessories, and bridesmaid collections meet your expectations, we understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be necessary.

Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. Please note:

  • All returns require prior authorization
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of special occasion wear, the following cannot be returned:

  • Bridal shoes & heels (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Custom-made jewelry (personalized pieces)
  • Hair accessories with visible signs of wear
  • Dog bow ties that have been used

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability) within 15 days of delivery. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request
  2. Include your order number and photos of the item(s)
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days
  4. Ship your return to our Philadelphia studio using a trackable method (we recommend DHL or FedEx)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when the refund is issued
  • Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund (typically 3-5 business days)

As we serve bridal parties worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions), please:

  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • We cannot refund original customs duties or taxes
  • International returns may take longer to process
