Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (recommended):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Cost: $12.95
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment

Free Shipping:

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every detail of your wedding party attire. If something isn’t perfect, here’s how we can help:

Our Return Policy

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality standards for special occasion wear, these items cannot be returned:

  • Bridal shoes & heels (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom-made jewelry (personalized pieces)
  • Hair accessories with visible signs of wear
  • Used dog bow ties

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and photos of the item(s)
  3. Wait for approval – we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days
  4. Ship your return to our Philadelphia studio using a trackable method (we recommend DHL or FedEx)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when the refund is issued
  • Please allow additional 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund

Important Notes

  • All returns require prior authorization
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • For international returns: mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges (original customs duties/taxes cannot be refunded)
